Amazon Products that are Worth it.

Here are my favorite products that actually help save me money {and sanity}.

I love and recommend all of these products.  Some of them are affiliate links - which means I earn a small commission (at no extra cost to you) if you purchase them.

Dyson Cordless Vacuum

I LOVE this vacuum.  It's not cheap, so I waited until I found a good deal to actually make the purchase.  It is awesome for our wood floors and works great on our rugs/short pile carpet.  It's light enough my kids can all use it to 'sweep' the kitchen floor every night and it's small enough that it doesn't take up much storage space.

E-Cloth Microfiber Cloths

These are a cheaper version of Norwex rags.  I was skeptical about the Norwex rags and couldn't bring myself to pay their high price tag.  I found these and decided to try them out.  I use them regularly now.  I love that I can clean and sanitize without having to use cleaning products and I can still toss them in the washing machine when I'm done.  It helps me save on cleaning products in the long run and frees up space in my cupboard.

Black-Out Curtains

These are a game changer if you have kids or guests.  They really do darken a room, but they come in all sorts of colors and designs so they can be decorative too.  As an added bonus, they can help keep the cool air inside during summer and block out the cold in winter.

Wet Erase Markers with a Magnetic Calendar

I LOVE having a calendar up in our kitchen with all of our activities and meal plans.  BUT dry erase markers wipe off so easily.  My mind was blown when I discovered wet erase markers.  They work like dry erase markers, but only come off when you get them wet.  Seriously - everything I put on the board stays for the entire month.  I like having different colors for each kid and a specific color for our meal plans.  It keeps me sane!

Earbuds with this Earbud Case

I do like airpods, but they are expensive.  And I have a tendency to loose them.  😩  After I lost my 2nd set I finally decided on a cheaper alternative.  These work great for a fraction of the price.  I also love the case that goes with them so I know they're always attached to my keychain.

EcoTank Printer

You can buy printers for really cheap.  BUT then you pay for it when it's time to replace the ink.  We've been using this EcoTank printer for 4 years now and we've only had to refill the ink once.  It's more expensive up front, but in the long run has saved us a lot of money.

Shark Vacuum

I love my Dyson for our wood floor, and I really like this vacuum for our carpet.  I looked at a lot of consumer reports before buying a Shark, and they had great ratings.  Over the years we've gone through a couple of different vacuums, but this is my favorite.  It's small enough it doesn't take up a lot of space, my kids can maneuver it, and it works great on stairs.

Dehydrator

To preserve fresh fruit, we use this dehydrator.  My kids love fruit leather.  I like that I can do a lot all at once and we can have it throughout the winter.  I haven't tried making jerky in it yet, but have friends that use it for that with great results.
